Who we are
This policy covers intech.org.ua, owned and operated by Intech (Poltava, Ukraine). For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to info@intech.org.ua.
What data we collect
Through the contact form on the "Contact" page, we receive whatever you enter yourself:
- your name or company name;
- an email and/or phone number;
- the service you're interested in, an estimated budget and timeline (optional);
- a project description and any files you attach (optional).
If you're a client using the client cabinet (/app), we also store your account data and information about your project (status, tickets, attached files) created in the course of our work together.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your request, discuss the project, and — if we end up working together — deliver the service, keep records in our internal CRM, and stay in touch about ongoing work. We don't use your data for advertising and don't send marketing emails without your separate consent.
Where the data is stored
Data is stored on Intech's own server, accessible only to the site administrator. We don't use third-party CRM or marketing platforms to store your contact details.
Who we share it with
No one — except where strictly necessary to deliver the service itself (for example, a payment provider when you pay an invoice), or where required by law. We never sell or hand your data to advertising networks or data brokers.
How long we keep it
A request that never turns into a project is kept for a limited time in case the conversation picks back up, then deleted. Client data is kept for as long as we work together plus a reasonable period after (for bookkeeping, for example), or until you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to how we process your data.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@intech.org.ua — we'll reply within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add new functionality to the site. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
