Case study: booking & self-check-in for H&H Apartments (hha.ee)

For an Estonian hostel, H&H Apartments, we built a multilingual room booking site with self-check-in — no front desk required.

A guest books a room on the site and pays by card through Revolut right away. After payment they get a self-check-in link and fill in the digital guest registration card — not just a convenience, but a legal requirement in Estonia for housing tourists.

The project is live in production and has been tested against real payments, including handling Revolut's different payment statuses and multilingual navigation for guests from different countries.
